Administration (Department)
Functions of the Department:
- Providing organizational and technical and information services to the Minister within the scope of competence, registration of normative acts of the Minister and systematization of individual legal acts.
- Protocol support of the activities of the Ministry. Coordination of relations between the Ministry, departments of the Ministry, the Ministry and its subdivisions and legal entities of public law operating in the field of governance of the Ministry, as well as coordination of the Ministry's relations with various state institutions, public and private legal entities, non-governmental and international organizations, diplomatic representatives accredited in Georgia. Cooperation with international organizations and international experts.
- Ensuring document management in the Ministry, including secret case management, processing, registration, systematization of incoming / outgoing correspondence electronically and physically in the Ministry. Exercising control over the activities of the archive and ensuring its proper functioning, establishing a unified rule of case management, ensuring the submission and protection of documentation in the archives. Organizational support and control of entry and exit of persons outside the administrative building of the Ministry. Responding to citizens' statements that go beyond the authority of other structural units. Organizing the process of receiving citizens in the system of the Ministry.
- Ensuring access to and proactive disclosure of public information.
