The award of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan for outstanding contribution to the development of the field of law was presented to Rati Bregadze by his Azerbaijani counterpart, Fikrat Mammadov.

Rati Bregadze and Fikrat Mammadov signed a memorandum on March 11 during a visit of a Georgian delegation to Azerbaijan to deepen legal cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan. The document envisages strengthening relations between the Ministries of Justice of Georgia and Azerbaijan.

During the meeting with the Minister of Justice of Georgia, the memorandum was positively assessed by President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. He initiated the implementation of joint projects and promised support to the ministries.

Rati Bregadze's two-day visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan ended yesterday.
