A special information meeting was held in New York regarding the Public Services Forum to be hosted in Tbilisi on June 23–25, 2026. The international forum will focus on the theme: “Transforming Public Institutions: Developing Innovation, Accountability, Participation, and Inclusion.” In this context, the Minister of Justice of Georgia, Paata Salia, held a dedicated meeting at the United Nations.

During the meeting, Paata Salia invited ambassadors accredited to the UN, as well as members of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA), to attend the forum. He also provided detailed information about the event, emphasizing that hosting the forum reflects international recognition of Georgia’s reforms aimed at building accessible, efficient, and innovative public services.

Participants expressed strong interest in attending the forum. Deputy Ministers further briefed attendees, offering additional details about the program and its objectives.

The international forum will be held in Tbilisi and is jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. Approximately 500 delegates are expected to participate, including high-level government officials from various countries, thematic experts, and representatives of academia and international organizations.
