Minister of Justice, Rati Bregadze held a meeting today with the staff of the State Service Development Agency of Tbilisi and the Territorial Services to inform them about the planned innovations in terms of public service development, as well as the ongoing measures to improve the working conditions of the employees of the agency.

The Minister noted that the priority of the Ministry is to take care of employees, introduce new services focused on customer needs and constantly improve existing services.

Rati Bregadze and his First Deputy, Tamar Tkeshelashvili personally listened to the staff of the State Service Development Agency about the challenges in the agency and discussed the initiatives proposed by the staff in this direction.

The Minister of Justice gave specific instructions to the staff of the State Services Development Agency regarding the working process and defined a future action plan.
