The Minister of Justice, Paata Salia, together with Deputy Minister Lana Morgoshia and Chairman of the Public Service Hall Vakhtang Zhvania, visited the central branch of the Batumi Public Service Hall, where they met with employees.
During the visit, the Minister received an overview of the branch's operations, the delivery of public services and the day-to-day work of its staff.
The discussion focused on further improving service quality, creating an efficient working environment and continuing the development of citizen-oriented public services.
Paata Salia thanked the employees for their dedication and emphasized that ensuring high-quality, efficient and accessible public services remains one of the Ministry of Justice's key priorities.
Employees also had the opportunity to discuss issues related to their work, present initiatives and share the challenges they face in their daily activities.
