Interagency Task Force for Free and Fair Elections (IATF) for Parliamentary Elections Holds its Fourth Session
The Interagency Task Force for Free and Fair Elections (IATF) was established in accordance with the Election Code. Its primary aim is to prevent violations of election legislation by public servants and respond to any infractions. The commission is chaired by Minister of Justice, Rati Bregadze.
During the session, commission members were asked to respond to the information obtained through monitoring.
The session was chaired by Deputy Chairperson of the IATF, Deputy Minister of Justice, Tornike Cheishvili. Representatives from various public agencies also participated in the proceedings.
Additionally, the session included representatives from international monitoring organizations such as the International Republican Institute (IRI), the National Democratic Institute (NDI), and political parties.

Deadline Extended for Applications: Selection of Georgian Candidates for Judge at the European Court of Human Rights.
The deadline for submitting applications for the selection of candidates from Georgia to be elected as judges at the European Court of Human Rights has been extended until September 1, 2026.
The competition is being conducted in accordance with the rules approved by Order No. 1139 of the Minister of Justice of Georgia, dated December 17, 2025.
