The UN Committee on the Rights of the Child has announced the selection competition for the candidate to be submitted from Georgia, which will be held in accordance with the rules of the competition approved by the Order No. 923 of the Minister of Justice of Georgia of August 14, 2023.

As a result of the competition, the candidate nominated from Georgia will take part in the elections of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, which will be held in 2024.
The Committee on the Rights of the Child monitors the effective implementation of the obligations stipulated by the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its additional protocols by the contracting states.
Mobile Public Service Hall Serves All Over Georgia
The project was specially developed for settlements located far from cities and allows citizens living in rural areas to receive more than 450 services of the state and private sector at the gate of their own home, without going to the Public Service Hall.

The Mobile Public Service Hall project started in September 2021 in the Ajara region and in less than 2 years is already covering the whole of Georgia, including the villages of 10 regions - Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Imereti, Adjara, Guria, Kakheti, Shida Kartli, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli, Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti.
Since the launch of the project, more than 42,000 users have benefited from the services of the Mobile Public Service Hall.
