The Minister of Justice of Georgia, Paata Salia, held bilateral meetings with the Ministers of Justice of Malta, Turkey, and Ukraine on the sidelines of the Council of Europe Conference of Ministers of Justice in Malta.

During the high-level conference, Minister Salia also signed the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on International Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters. The protocol aims to enhance interstate cooperation in criminal matters and incorporate modern technologies into mutual assistance mechanisms.

The event was attended by the Ministers of Justice of the Council of Europe member states.
