Another Public Service Hall has been opened in Samtredia Municipality, in the village of Tolebi. This is the 126th branch established by the Ministry of Justice across the country, aiming to expand access to public and private services. The new branch will serve both Tolebi and neighboring villages, while also creating local employment opportunities.

Residents will now have access to around 500 different services provided by the Public Service Hall. It is also noteworthy that a branch has been opened in one of the penitentiary institutions of the Imereti region, further extending access to essential services. The expansion process will continue, with additional branches planned for the near future.

Today, we also visited the Zugdidi Public Service Hall, where a new telephone center has been launched. This center will serve more than one million customers annually—both Georgian citizens and foreign nationals—by providing information on all services offered by the Public Service Halls nationwide.

In Tsalenjikha, the foundation stone for a new Public Service Hall was laid. This facility will be particularly important for the local population, as it will bring nearly 500 services under one roof, ensuring faster and more convenient access. Additionally, since Tsalenjikha previously lacked a wedding registration space, the new Hall will address this need as well.

Just-Café has started operating in Batumi Public Service Hall, which is located in the Batumi Central building. This innovative service allows citizens to access Hall services in a comfortable café environment—whether registering an application or completing other services—while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Finally, we inspected the ongoing construction of a new Public Service Hall in Khelvachauri district. This modern facility will feature up-to-date infrastructure and technology, which, in addition will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
